So, we officially launched our customized size and style service in June this year.

From medieval-inspired gowns to steampunk and fairytale costumes. Our haute couture service is perfect for you if you are looking for a bespoke piece that compliments and fits you perfectly.

By offering haute couture clothing services, Scarlet Darkness aims to cater to those who value individuality and exclusivity in their wardrobe. We strive to create garments that not only fit perfectly but also reflect the unique style and personality of the wearer. With our professional design and production teams, we are committed to delivering a custom-made experience that exceeds customer expectations.

+HOW IT WORKS?

#1：DESIGN CONSULTATION

We will strive to understand your style preferences, requirements, and any specific design elements you desire. We take into account your body measurements, color preferences, and occasion for which the garment is intended. Our designers draw inspiration from your inputs and create exclusive design concepts tailored to your individual taste. 

Custom size: Our custom size service currently supports customization of any product on sale, fromXXS to 7XL. Just send your measurements to our customer service email after placing an order. The final price is about $150-$200；

Customized style: We currently offer two styles of Renaissance and Victorian (because our designers are best at this), but if you have a better idea, we are happy to customize it according to your needs.
Our customized service fee includes: deposit ($150), design fee (about $350), production fee (about $200), product price ($150), and packaging and shipping fee (about $100), the final price is about $1000.

Bonus: In addition to styles, our custom styles can also be made in any size.

#2：PRICING AND PAYMENTS

As each custom project is unique and may involve unforeseen factors, it's difficult to calculate everything in advance. Therefore, the final cost may vary slightly from the initial estimate. However, we strive to provide you with a precise cost range based on the complexity of the design, fabric choices, and any intricate details or embellishments required.

If your budget is limited, we will give you options on how the dress can be realized without exceeding the declared cost.

#3：PRODUCTION

We will lovingly ensure your clothing is sewn to the highest quality standard. Our skilled artisans will begin crafting your garment, paying meticulous attention to every detail. They will bring your design to life.

#4：PROCESSING TIME

Usually, the processing time takes 8 -12 weeks.

#5：DELIVERY

Your clothing is now completed and packaged to perfection. And send a special delivery via post. Once you have received it, try it on and tell us what you think. 

#6：RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Please mind, that we don’t accept returns of custom orders. But if you have any issues please don’t hesitate to write us, and we will definitely solve the problem.

We accept cancellations. We will make a refund minus PayPal and taxes fees. If we’d already purchased fabrics for you before you canceled the order we will minus the fabrics cost too.
