We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped, and you will get full refund.
Please understand that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If the package is successfully delivered to the destination, but the package is lost or destroyed by the carrier due to the buyer's failure to sign for the courier in time, our seller will not be responsible for the consequences.
We are happy to accept returns, please note that we accept returns of orders within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
#Sale or Final Sale Items:
1) Products on "sale collection", "Promotional gift" or "Final Sale" can not be returned for a refund or exchange.
2) Strictly No Refund For Sale Orders.
If sale or final sale items are received with defects, damages and stains, please let us know right away.
3) We will require photo or video to prove the condition of the item received.
# Product Return Condition:
Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned:
Swimwear, Bodysuits ,Intimates, Stockings etc.
Please note that all items must be returned with the tag intact. If we receive your return and the tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc.
The buyer's malicious destruction of the received goods is not supported for after-sales claims. If you encounter quality problems after sale, please attach the product picture and order number to after-sales consultation to negotiate compensation. Intentionally or artificially damage the goods after the sale has the right not to compensate.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if it does not meet our product return conditions.
# How to Return:
Please note that return / exchange shipping cost will be covered by the customer.The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
There are quality problems in accessories and other related personal clothing. If there are quality problems in accessoriesand other related personal clothing, you agree to deal with them in accordance with national laws and regulations.
Please make sure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before return your order back to us. We aren't able to process return and refund to you unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
# Return Shipping:
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
# Refund processing time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.
The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to different processing times of financial organizations.
