A court gown built on one idea: a square neckline framed in a contrasting panel, then cinched hard at the waist and left to fall. The colour blocking does the work of jewellery â the light panel at the chest and the dark body read as two pieces even though it is one. Five colourways, from black-on-white to wine, so it can be styled as mourning, as royalty, or as something in between.
