Such a scam. Ordered something and realized I didn’t need it right after, I immediately emailed to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after it had been submitted. After 7 days of emailing them multiple times to make sure they would cancel the order, they finally responded stating it had already been shipped. They then told me I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return it for a refund, even though I had done everything in my power to cancel the order and the fault was on them. The fact that not even a cancellation request sent mere minutes after ordering was enough for a full refund tells me that this company has written misleading policies with no intention of actually following through on them. After I pointed this out, the response I received was short, clearly written by someone who hadn’t read our previous correspondences, and completely unrelated to what we’d been talking about. Horrific customer service. Extremely sketchy business model.

To say I’m dissapointed is an understatement. I’d heard great things about the company, and wanted to shop their latest sale. I found a couple pieces I loved, and ordered them. I was distracted while ordering and never realized my phone auto entered the wrong card. I immediately emailed the customer service line asking to cancel the order so I can change what card I used. After no response for a few days I emailed again. Next day I emailed a different line on their website. Today I messaged them over messenger in hopes of getting ANY response. I did recieve a message back asking what they could help with. I explained about the card, and needing to change payment methods, and have not recieved a response since. I’m upset enough I have no plans of repurchasing the items now, I just want my refund. If this business isn’t a scam they have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
